1. About Us
TravelWell4Less provides travel health services delivered by our team of pharmacists registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). You can contact us at travelwell4less@gmail.com. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to TravelWell4Less, and “you” refers to the patient or person using our services.
2. Our Services
We provide the following services, subject to clinical suitability and professional judgement:
- Travel health consultations— an assessment of your travel plans and health to provide personalised travel health advice.
- Vaccination recommendations— advice on which vaccinations and preventative measures are appropriate for your destination and circumstances.
- Prescribing services— where clinically appropriate and lawful, the prescribing of travel-related medications and vaccines by a suitably qualified prescriber.
- Vaccination appointments— the administration of recommended vaccines, where offered and clinically suitable.
All services are provided in line with relevant professional standards and guidance. We may decline to provide a service where it would not be clinically safe or appropriate to do so.
3. Fees and Payment
Our fees are displayed clearly at the point of booking. The following types of fees may apply, depending on the services you receive:
- Consultation fees— charged for the travel health consultation and the advice provided, according to the package you select.
- Vaccine costs— the cost of any vaccines administered, charged in addition to the consultation fee where applicable.
- Prescription fees— charges for the prescribing and supply of travel-related medications.
- Follow-up fees— charges for any follow-up appointments or additional advice not included within your original package.
Payment for consultations is taken at the time of booking via our secure payment processor (Stripe). Any additional fees for vaccines, prescriptions, or follow-up services will be made clear to you before they are incurred. All fees are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP).
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while allowing us to manage appointment availability.
- Notice periods— to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment time.
- Refund eligibility— where you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you will be eligible for a full refund of your consultation fee. Refunds are processed via your original payment method. The cost of any vaccines or medications already supplied is non-refundable.
- Missed appointments— appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice (“no-shows”), are not eligible for a refund, as the appointment slot has been reserved for you.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible at travelwell4less@gmail.com.
5. Your Responsibilities
The quality and safety of the advice we provide depends on the information you give us. By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and honest information about your health and travel plans.
- Inform us of any pre-existing conditions, allergies, medications, and previous adverse reactions.
- Follow the advice and aftercare instructions provided to you.
- Contact us or seek appropriate medical attention if your circumstances change or you feel unwell.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our recommendations are based upon the information provided by the patient. Failure to provide accurate and complete information may affect the suitability of recommendations made. We cannot be held responsible for advice that proves unsuitable as a result of incomplete or inaccurate information.
Travel health advice and vaccination recommendations reduce, but cannot entirely eliminate, the risk of illness while travelling. We do not guarantee that you will not contract a travel-related illness.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to this, our total liability to you arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees you have paid for the relevant service.
7. Complaints
We are committed to providing a high standard of care. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us at travelwell4less@gmail.com so that we can address your concerns. You may also raise concerns about pharmacy services with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
